Inahd a good experience at this hotel. It is located as soon as you cross the bridge into Paro Town. The room was huge and clean with plenty of hot water and an awesome view at night. Breakfast was watermelon, toast, hot drinks and a hard boiled egg but it was fine.

I booked the hotel with breakfast included and it was a best desicion as the breakfast was very tasty. Also the service and FO was available 24/7 for me. Room was spacious and the view of Dzong and Paddy field was nice. Perfect location for Tiger nest, Paro Town and Airport. Really loved the prefesional treatment of guest. No too much talking just peaceful staff.

Morning Breakfast to Dinner was served as per our expectation and they took extra care for us as me and my husband were in strict diet. They customize our meals and that made us very special. Also the room I was in had all the 3 main view of their Hotel which were Dzong View, Airport View and Paddy Field View. Most Importantly the staff were not stingy and gave us our persona time unlike other hotels staff who just talks and talks. This hotel was perfect for personality like me and my husband.

Perfect Combination of City life and Mountain stay experience. Staff were all advance, they were ready with all my details and contacted me before 1 week of my arrival so that I can have a comfortable stay. Very helpful staff who were all open minded and made us feel comfortable I burn one appliance due to which light went off but the staff fixed everything. Hot water was unlimited as they had instant guizer and they also provided unlimited mineral water. Food was nice, they customized their regular Indian curry menu to continental set menu for me. Thank You Tshongdu Team.

Spacious rooms , awesome view from room and centrally located is perfect description of this hotel. food was good. Their service was best . Infact they help you out of the way. I was suffering from severe cold and was too tired to head out. They arranged medicine for me I would definitely recommend this hotel. They serve Indian and Bhutanese food.

Had a very comfortable stay with my wife. My wife was worried about the cleanliness of the room but the room was super clean. Service provided was also so flexible. Staff were always ready for any kind of help. They speak both English and Hindi. We also noticed that they were extra kind to elder citizen. Food was tasty and their FO was available 24/7 Also the Dzong view was awesome. We were also able to enjoy paddy field view.

Friendly staff who were helpful. Big room with good heater. Difficult to find entrance to hotel. Water leaked from two places onto bathroom floor. 3 mornings in a row-- no water! No decorations-- very basic. Won't stay again.
