Should work on improving service. And fix the door

Very attentive service, clean rooms, airy, quiet。 The air is fresh and airy. In the room, I don't hear any noise or noisy traffic outside. I feel very comfortable and relaxed when I'm alone in the hotel without having to worry about anything.

First I want to emphasize the staff is very nice and tries hard. But there are some systemic, structural issues that no staff has the capacity to correct. Things that are wrong start when you enter the hotel. The automatic doors don’t work. No big deal but a big deal if you are wheeling around multiple suitcases and lugging hand luggage. Then the wifi QR code inexplicable was changed which leads to much inconvenience and frustration. Most frustrating is the card key. It has its own juvenile and erratic mind it seems, working sometimes for no apparent reason but most of the time completely non functional requiring multiple trips up and down to the lobby and back up. Even their master card key doesn’t work on the door. And then suddenly worked. In the frigid December weather, there was no hot water for shower. We let the water run for almost 10 minutes and gave up. Credit card machine “strangely” doesn’t work until you look at it and it says as conspicuously as possible “battery zero percent.” No one had even bothered to charge the machine. The one passably mildly positive comment is the bed is comfortable. Things are relatively clean though used plates filled with leftover food were left on the floor for hours outside rooms before they were removed out of sight. Basic international safety protocols were nonexistent, for example,‘repeating one’s assigned room number loudly for the world to hear. These are issues that should be dealt with sooner rather than later.
