Great 3-night stay. Within walking distance to Paro, this hotel is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are lovely, with the balcony overlooking the Paro valley and the river. The staff is very helpful, the food excellent (great fresh vegetables and salads safe to eat!), and the atmosphere wonderful. The massage and facial I had today were so enjoyable. It has been a wonderful experience.

A beautiful hotel in an amazing location with stunning views of the area. I was here on a group tour and the first night here was my birthday, my amazing guide arranged a cake for me which was so lovely. There is a super cute puppy that seems to live here too and he's full of beans. We returned for a few days at the end of the tour for Paro festival and I was dressed by one of the lovely ladies that works here, she even leant me her broach to close my jacket on the kira. All the staff be it in the bar or restaurant are so happy and smiling all the time. My rooms both times were stunning with lots of plug points not to future travellers get the plug for india. I loved the decor in the rooms especially the bhutaneese curtains in my first room. It's such an easy walk into town for a spot of shopping too. I totally would not hesitate to stay here again. Love and thanks to everyone here.

The staff were all extremely accommodating and concerned for our comfort. The buffets were the best among all the hotels we stayed at in Bhutan.

Just ok. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the town. It is a nice setting, the rooms are big with views. The staff are very kind and eager to please. They seem understaffed however, and the staff often seem overwhelmed particularly at meals. The room service food is very very good and reasonably priced. I did not care for the buffet food which caters mostly to their Indian clientele. I had a massage which was good and as expected. Do not expect a super excellent experience. It was fine and the masseuse was very diligent and asked if I was ok, if the pressure was ok, etc. I did not pick the hotel - my tour operator did. I might explore other options in the area but I would not mind staying here if I returned. The setting and views are lovely as is all of Bhutan.

Well appointed rooms with good heating as it can be chilly in April at a height of 2300 meters. Excellent bar with a knowledgeable bar tender. A buffet meal appears to be standard in most of the hotels patronised by groups in Bhutan but the choice was varied and appetising. A walk into Paro is highly recommended. Despite having the only airport in the country it has the size and ambiance of Scottish country town. Our tour was structured round a day at the Paro Spring festival. An authentic and joyous occasion with brightly coloured costumes and intricate dances. Although there were other tourists present this was a spectacle aimed primarily for locals. If you are able to attend in the future I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Visited the resort with my family in november 2024. location : the resort is located centrally and is short drive from the city and market. checkin / check out : the process was smooth and hassle free. the staff was polite and courteous. Rooms : The rooms were spacious and comfortable. the washrooms were large. the rooms had all the basic amenities with balcony. the rooms are spread out into different buildings in the compound and some of the rooms have a very good view of the river. Restaurant : the breakfast and dinner was buffet. the food was indian vegetarian food with 1 or 2 non veg dishes available. the food was good and among the best indian food that we have had outside india. Souvenir shop : there is a small souvenir shop and the items are nice and reasonably priced. comparable to the prices in the local market. staff : the staff is soft spoken and courteous. some of the staff is able to speak hindi as well.

Love that the hotel room and bathroom were well heated when we arrived. Even the bed had a heated blanket - such a luxury indeed! Place is clean and services by the staff is prompt. The only funny part is that they have no adapters when we requested for one - they say there is none and the one they have is broken!?

My stay at rema was just another level, aesthetic rooms, vibrant interiors and wonderful hosts. I have to say that the best part of my stay was the town view from my room, i could here the flowing river water and that made everything so calming. The staff over there was so friendly and helping. This is where i will stay if i happen to visit bhutan again.
