Fairfield Inn & Suites Parsippany

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times in the past and it needed a lot of upgrades. Happy to see the guest room was updated recently with added amenities in the bathroom. Although my room was more comfortable, more lights will be better. The biggest issue has always been the breakfast offerings, or lack off. Service was supposed to end at 9am. However by 8:45, there is nothing fresh left. The day old fruits and pastries (maybe DAYS old) are inedible. I even found a big moldy spot on an English muffin that was truly disgusting. Staff members at breakfast are usually unfriendly. They start cleaning out before 9 am, making the breakfast experience even worse. Overall, it is not a bad place to stay for a quick 2-3 night business trip. I just wish they can put out a little better quality breakfast items.

Very good hotel with clean rooms and nice breakfast. Currently under remodelling but did not disturb at all.

Room was great and the work out room was very good. The breakfast was the only disappointment. It was not worth stopping for.

Clean spacious rooms, staff supportive, reception 70s style. Breakfast American standard Only one lift serving the hotel, the other one was out of order for refurbishment. No in room safe box, yet available in the reception. Good value for money.

First room I had smelt bad and had a concerning/mysterious stain on the bed. Only had one elevator that worked, and it was sketchy. The shower faucet barely worked. Also, seeing 5 police officers inside isn't really appealing.

Horrible room,no ventilation.Hotel is run down .Breakfast was bad .Orange juice was watered down .Would not recommend

Room was clean on check in. Did not receive clean towels daily, or have bed made and bins cleaned during my 4-night stay
