My stay was disappointing,continues maintenance work going on? Also first day no hot water and spent the night in noisy room at the end of the building , no supermarket nearby as disappointed wasn’t the advertisement in your website

Poor: The front desk staff has poor ability and is not dedicated. They can't solve normal service problems for guests. Guests repeatedly ask questions and always agree but never solve the problem, and never give feedback. The professional quality of the staff is poor. They clearly communicated the room number that needs to be cleaned in person, but never cleaned it. After repeatedly asking, no one came to clean the room. I stayed for a total of 3 nights and 4 days, and there was never a service staff to provide us with room cleaning and towel replacement services.
The included buffet breakfast is extremely poor, with few varieties and average quality.
The location of the hotel is OK, only 26 miles from LAX Los Angeles International Airport, and it only takes 1.5 hours to get to the airport.
