Quite convenient as it is close to NAIA but the road going there is quite narrow. Room is quite stuffy since there is no ventilation, altho there's a window, but I didn't dare to open it. Shared toilet, and toilet is quite large. Just wished there was an indoor slipper available. Staff are friendly and helpful. They set aside my facial cleanser and I was able to retrieve it immediately. I was not able to take a picture inside the room, but it the lobby was quite comfortable. Sad that the elevator is under repair.

I did not stay in the room but i always stay here whenever im in manila im glad trip.com compensate me with the incident happened .always reliable to book with them . Had some pictures of the hotel whenever i stay here.

Quiet and peaceful. There's a water cooler, sofas, and charging sockets on the 1st floor. The staff are very good and kind. You can't hear what's happening outside from the room. My room doesn't have a window. Mosquitoes are rare.

Second time booking the same hotel. First time it was perfect for a solo traveler, now suitable for a couple.

My room was very small (which I was expecting as I chose the cheapest option) but it didn't give too much room to move about and there was only a fan which meant that the room was boiling at night. The location was interesting....it felt like the hotel was just placed in the middle of a housing estate but they've got security so it did feel relatively safe. It was cheap for one night and I'd recommend only 1-2 nights here as it does the job.

Most recommend the hotel. The staff is approachable, the room is clean, and the bathroom is also clean.

This hotel is cheap compared to other places, but it doesn't have air conditioning, only a fan. There are also no toothbrushes or shampoo. I only needed a place to stay overnight, so it was fine, but the neighborhood feels a bit scary if you're alone.

It was a very nice place. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was really good. The rooms were also well-lit. However, it was a bit disappointing that the blanket was quite small and there was only one, so it’s not really ideal for a couple. There was also no toilet paper available, and we forgot some of our toiletries. I tried contacting them about it, but they never replied. All in all, it was still a nice stay. However, the elevator wasn’t working, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent and unstable, and the area around the hotel felt a bit scary.

This room is just simple room and quit good on its price and this one have fan only. But I just dont like the ambience outside special if you go out at night and you go home it sorrounds like squatter area. For me.

Close to the airport which was the reason why I took this hotel. It was for a day layover so I didn’t stay much. It’s a simple room with bed and table. You share the bathroom with another room. I found 2 cockroach in the room so keep your bags closed as much as you can. Also, the bedsheets were not very clean, I’ve founded some hair and dirt spots. I was there just for one day layover and didn’t had cash one me so I was not able to buy a bottle of water as they only take cash. If you need water you’ll need to have your own bottle (they have refill stations) or have cash on you. Location is close to the airport which is the reason why I took it. Not so many things around the hotel. For short stay or layover it’s ok but I would not recommend for long stay.

I think their location is nice but the lighting in the street makes it look dangerous to get there. Staff was friendly. No complaints

Sobrang ganda wala kang masabi. Malapit sa LRT EDSA, MOA at AIRPORT perfect para sa mga may flight. Thank you Maine Residence for accomodating us for 3 days it’s worth the price every single day you stay here. Pag labas mo ang daming kainan na malilinis, mura at masarap. Shempre iniwan din namin siyang malinis at maayos. Perfect talaga yung place we will book again after 9 months pag uwi ni Husband🤍

Very friendly staff we were only there 8hours but our stay was very nice.

This stay is truly one to forget! The beds were terrible, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. Plus, there was no elevator.
