If u have a flight at Terminal 3 NAIA, this Hotel at Newport city is okay. Just simple observation; Service at check-in and check-out is bit disappointing, so slow process, it's bit busy but only 2-3 front desk attendants, to think it is weekend. I notice at express lane but no attendant standing there. Service at security and bellmans are okay but standing most service for me are the pool attendant, Mr Bert & Nil, so much knowledge on the hotel service and very attentive to all pool guests, kudos guys! Room attendants in our floor are friendly and giving smile to guests even we saw them tired are well appreciated.
To all other guest coming from other country to book this hotel, prepare Pesos for deposit coz they never accept other currencies in case u will use cash as deposit. Nwei, we'll be back again.

We booked this hotel at the recommendation of our business partner and it was definitely the best choice we made. Hilton's location, amenities, service are all top-notch. This beautiful room is super spacious and the added bonus is the huge open closet. Likewise, the bathroom is just as spacious, and the shower gel and shampoo smell so good. The bed and bedding were soft and smooth, so good we didnt want to get out of the bed. Despite being located near the airport, there is Resorts World Manila and shopping malls, we have no issues finding food. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The room service guy has taken my Gillet shaving kit including refill cartridges. The kit worth $30 and is almost nothing, however, that indicates that all costly items must be strictly kept secure. I have no doubts it was the cleaning guy as the kit in the morning was in the bathroom and disappeared after the cleaning. Mind you I was INSIDE the room when it happened!!! Be careful! Keep your belongings very secure!!!!
The breakfast is very average, the food is below average. However, the buffet dinner (worth about $100 AUD) was outstanding. The room is clean and tidy. T

Everything is good except for breakfast, at 9:30am the staff at the restaurant which claimed that only 2 breakfast is included in the booking. Our booking includes 4 breakfast but they said their system only shows 2 adults. They won't consider at all even though our booking confirmation shows 4 breakfasts.

Super close to terminal 3, our flight arrived, and we sat down to a fantastic buffet spread, bed was super comfy and everything was spotless and super helpful staff.

The hotel was good and the pool was nice. But I need to ask about the balance that is hold in my credit card, when will be refunded? Because it's already more than 2 weeks and I haven't receive the refunded amount to my credit card. Please reach me through email about this matter. Thank you
