We had a great stay and the place is accessible to the airport. Amazing hotel staff and friendly. I would like to book again for our next stop in Manila.

The place was cozy enough. The service is good. My only roblem is the connection of internet to the TV, it's so slow.

Hi, Despite informing the hotel in advance that I would be arriving late at around 1:00 AM on 28 May, I was very disappointed with the experience upon arrival. When I got to the hotel after travelling for 19 hours from London via China, the receptionist informed me that my room was not ready and that I would have to wait. After such a long journey, this was extremely frustrating. I had to follow up multiple times to find out when the room would be ready. After around 30 minutes, I was finally escorted to a room that had only just been cleaned, with the housekeeper still outside the door. Additionally, I specifically booked this hotel because it offered split air conditioning, but I was instead given a room with a window air-conditioning unit, which is not what I expected or paid for. I am very unhappy with this experience and would appreciate your prompt response regarding this matter. Kind regards, MACLAN FERNANDES

It was okay because the location was accessible, but the smell inside the room was awful, really hurt my nose, especially since the room I booked had no windows.

Nice place

I stayed at New Winston Hotel, Philippines. The room looked good and overall comfortable. However, the service was average. The shower tap was not working properly, and water did not come out as it should, which was inconvenient. One issue I noticed is that the front desk staff doesn’t understand English well, which made communication a bit difficult. It would be much better if they could understand basic English. Interestingly, when I called room service through the intercom, the person who answered did understand English. This is something the hotel should try to improve. This is not a complaint, just a suggestion for better service. Another thing I didn’t like was related to the checkout. Our checkout time was before 12:00, and we were leaving early in the morning. Despite this, the staff knocked on our door several times asking for extra payment. Even after I explained the situation to the front desk, they came again twice to ask for payment, and only after repeated explanations did they stop. That part of the experience was quite unpleasant.

The hotel was so clean and nice, the staff are very respected,also the place was near in many food hubs and everything you need.

The hotel was comfy to stay at, we had a nice time staying in it and its close to the airport which is a plus.
