HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT BOOK THERE!
Booked this place for one nigh with my daughter for our night in transit in Manila, confirmed by email the day before about details of our arrival and check-in since I was travelling with a 3.5 years old child and making sure everything was fine. I wanted to book a place near the airport because we were landing late at night and taking our connecting flight the next morning. Everything was fine and confirmed... until we arrived.
The place I booked wasn't available after all. I was furious, my daughter was exhausted and started crying becauseof the wait. The staff offered us to stay at a different location 10km away from this place, WHICH WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED TO AVOID BY BOOKING IN A PLACE RIGHT BY THE AIRPORT!!!
I had no choice but to go to their second location. It was almost midnight and we were exhausted with my daughter after our flight. The car took more than 30 minutes to get there (and it took me over 1h to come back to the airport the next morning). Just to find out we were hosted in a miserable hotel, extremely noisy from the road, with dark room, old furnitures, garbage bin right by our door and stains on our bedsheets.
As a father, I was really ashame to have my little girl to sleep such disgusting place. It's fine when you are a backpacker on your own but humiliating when you are a father and care for your familly.
Worst experience ever, I do not recommend you book there if you expect any form of customer service. No communucation with me when I was there, only through the local front desk people, no compensation offered, no refund on my Grab to get back to the airport (despite the fact that they said they would send a driver to pick us up, but nobody contacted us), no apologies email, only a standard mea culpa reply.
What a shame! Shame on you!!!
