The location is very good accessible to.Mall.of Asia. Food chain is just around and the airport.is near also. Though this hotel need a.face.lift. The hallway wallpaper is to be replaced. The toilet tiles requires grout. The staff are friendly from the Reception to.the Room Steward. Everyone greets with a smile especially the Security Guard.The pool staff who was on duty in the morning of July 9 has a good customer service. Very pleasant very accommodating. Keep up.the good work

Hotel 101 is always my go to hotel every time i am in Manila. Main reason was it is the closest hotel to my purpose of visit. I kept coming back because of the warm and friendly staff. Always with a smile and a helping hand. Rooms are sanitary and the fridge, kettle and the microwave is a great value for your money.

Hotel 101 was a great place to stay. Housekeeping was very helpful and they have cleaned our room everyday. The reception was very pleasant to talk to. Checking in was very smooth, they served very fast and we have paid ₱1,000 for early check-in. Overall it was a great place to stay with families and it was indeed relaxing and stress free.

Absolutely disappointed with this hotel experience
The moment I stepped in, there was a terrible odor in both the hallway and the room. The room itself was filthy, with visible stains, rust, and poor hygiene overall. On top of that, the front desk staff were rude and completely unhelpful.
Despite raising my concerns, the hotel refused to refund even a single cent.
This is by far one of the worst hotel stays I've had — avoid if you value your comfort and health.
