Still waiting on my refund , I asked for a new room as staff said the night before he’d have one ready for me. There was flys bigger than my finger nails in room and a drain at side of my bed that mosquitos kept coming up biting my 4 month old baby. I left next morning the agreed for a cancellation but I’m yet to receive my money

The location is great, even the room is great, but there was no cabinet , ideal only for 1 night stay,  Best thing though is the netflix and bathroom is big ang clean

The room really need renovation and some equipments too Nothing to hang the towels, no hair dryer But the service was good, they welcome us nicely

Exceptional place to stay in, the staff are very accommodating and very helpful. Highly recommended

If you're looking for a great deal, look no further. Though the location is not the best, and confusing for the taxis to find, you could find a big bus station in 5 minutes of walk. There you could take a bus to the Laguna and DIY waterfall tours in a budget.

The location is very nearby the bus terminals in buendia and accessible to wherever you want to go + the room is nice, clean and comfortable to stay at.

Small, quiet hotel, basic but very clean. Lovely courtyard.

The hotel is relatively clean and still good. However, the air conditioning unit above the bed isn't ideal for sleeping. To improve comfort, I recommend using duvets for the beds because the sheets are thin and I was cold all night, especially since the air conditioning was above the bed. A kettle and cups should also be provided. The tap needs tightening as it wobbles from side to side. As for the location, it's in a small alley that seems quiet at first glance, but that's not entirely true as it's not too far from a main boulevard. However, for the price, it's acceptable in terms of features and convenience. I would like to request that you remove the photo labeled "City Dream" as it's misleading. I spent 30 minutes looking for the hotel entrance, which is more like an Airbnb than a hotel, around 3:00 AM.

Stayed 1 night before taking the bus to the port. The rooms are small, but clean. There is a nice courtyard with tables. The only thing was that it was difficult to find the hotel; there was a lack of a more visible sign.
