The staff are very helpful and nice. The room is ok nothing fancy. Lights are busted it keeps blinking. The hallway is kinda run down. Also the food choices for breakfast is not really good. My husband is indian so only orange and yogurt is there for him. There is not much of a choice for vegan.

This is my second time, and the service was good. The package also allowed us to check out at 2:00 p.m. instead of the usual 12:00 noon, which was very convenient—especially after a long flight, since the place is near NAIA. We will book again.

Overall, it's pretty good, though the value for money is just average. I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected once I checked in. The breakfast was decent too. **Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology. **Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised). **Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room. **Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card.

First stay here. Arrived around 12pm and met by Kierk. Received a warm welcome. Fortunately room was ready for me. Check in was a breeze. When I got into my room, my first impression was WOWWWWW! Big room with a sofa bed. Nice carpeted room with a big comfy bed and pillows. A set of soft and firm pillows. Big working desk and complete drink amenities. The shower needed some trial and error though. But I finally manage to adjust the hot water (there’s a safety knob). Strong and warm. Will definitely stay here again.
