It was the most perfect stay !! The hotel is fabulous, very authentic, well situated just next to Dubar Square, and the breakfast is wonderful. A little bit noisy at night but that's the price to pay to be in the center anyway.

Amazing location (walking distance of the patan main attractions 5 min and around 10-16 min from the airport - if no traffic); hotel is located in a quiet place although very central. I arrived at 2 AM to the hotel, called the hotel to inform that I was going to arrive late and the staff went to pick me up in the street. Staff is AMAZING and very kindly!! Breakfast amazing (eggs;fruit;toast;muesli; coffee; tea - all included and in can choose); room very cozy; NO HOT WATER! For the hair dryer, you have to ask in the reception to borrow. Please remind to bring toothbrush, paste and basic necessaries. The hotel will give towels, shampoo and soap.

Very beautiful B&B with a garden, clean and comfortable, with good service, just a 2-minute walk from the square, and there are many places to eat around. It's not far from the airport either. I booked it casually to rest during a layover of more than ten hours, and the result was amazing!

The hotel is located close to tourist attractions, and the hotel had a very exotic yet comfortable atmosphere.
Breakfast was simple but delicious and the staff were friendly.

The location is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and the traditional Newari courtyard is very distinctive. The only regret is that the floor height is very low, Mind your head haha

What a beautiful place! We were delighted by this lovely authentic Newari home hotel. The place is so clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is generous and delicious and what a pleasure to sit in the lovely hotel garden every morning. It’s so quiet even though it’s a short walk from Patan Durbar Square. Door entrances are low so if your tall bending required but its worth it :-) Providing mineral water in the room every day was so useful as was a small kettle to make a cup of tea. It was a magical experience we will never forget. Also try out the Jazz club next door which has live jazz every Friday night.

This place is absolutely lovely—full of traditional charm and in the perfect spot, just a short walk from Patan Durbar Square but nice and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, and the garden is such a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy breakfast (which was delicious!). The staff were super friendly and helpful. I stayed here for a week and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
