The Shaurya

Booked this hotel based on the photos seen, however, the room that was assigned to us was not what was depicted in the pictures. If the photos were a 10/10 then the room was a 3/10. Also there was a wet musty smell in the hallway and also inside the room. The door of the room did not close properly. Upon bringing this to the notice of the general manager after checkout, they didn't even acknowledge the deceiving photos of the room or even apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Good hotel, Rooms nicely maintained, food is good, staff friendly

Delectable dinner Scrumptious snacks Had a great experience

The hotel is in a terrible condition. The family suite’s AC was not working properly and the sofas in the lobby were too dirty. Absolutely not worth the price.

On the first day I was allotted room number 208. SitKini of the bathroom was not working. In the night it was repaired by the mechanic. electric kettle was not working properly as its auto cut off system had failed. As a result all the water for the tea boiled and vaporized from the cattle. window of the room was opening towards the collection of garbage of pipes. The next day after complaining they changed the room which was quite ok and then everything went smoothly.

neat and clean, excellent and courteous staff. all amenities were there. would strongly recommend it to all

Everything was awesome, first office boy Vishal , awesome guy, He knows how to treat guests and all the basic things as everyone should know in HM. coolest stay.

Clean and neat rooms. Rooms are spacious. Good breakfast spread. Courteous staff. Highly recommended

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
