Service is zero rooms are dirty carpets purr phata ha hai room me dust bhi baht hai 500 rent ke layak bhi nahi hai

They have checked at least 10 rooms/suit in front of me, air conditioner is not working at all in any room/suit. And you guys have charged around 4500 rupees. I have videos of their manager n staff.

It was a nice experience, very well behave staffs. Room service was also good. Smooth checkin food was also delicious.

The rooms are very small and definitely not worth rs 2250. The ac wasn't working, bed was damaged, washroom seat was like there is not space to sit. You will have to sit in 60 degree angle to adjust your legs. Staffs were rude and whole hotel was smelling like cigerate.

Very bad experience with mm t as well as hotel staff. Due to medical emergency at my home, i had to cancel my booking my hotel. I initiated the cancellation process after 12 noon ie at 2 pm. Mmt as well as hotel staff denied the cancellation and all my money wasted. They have mention it properly that after 12 noon cancellation is non refundable. It's completely not acceptable that i have not used the property but i am paying full amount for the same. No one has talent the reponsiblity. How it is justified. U people should male amendment in your system. Your unclear rules and regulations are causing trouble for customer and caused financial loss to me. My experience is very bad with mm t as well as hotel

Staffs are professional and well behaved. Room was clean. Toilet was not upto satisfaction, smell and needs deep cleaning in some areas. Food - good.

Had to stay in this hotel for a whole day without ac, hotel staff never interacts with a customer, makemy trip do not recamant a single person to that hotel.

Location ok but due to metro construction entry is horrible as well as food stalls block the entrance - u need to walk from main road with luggage on a pathetic unclean road to enter the hotel. Service is equally pathetic.
