Excellent value apartment hotel under the Accor brand. Only three years old, so the facilities are super new. It's often called a great alternative to Hilton! 💎 The location is absolutely fantastic. Just cross the road and you're at Central Festival. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach and Walking Street, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. 🛏️ **Stay Experience:** The spacious Sea View Executive Apartment is perfect for families or extended stays. I particularly loved the large bathtub and the fully equipped appliances. Having a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and a complete set of kitchenware in Thailand really enhances the stay! 💯 *P.S. The bathroom didn't have a hairdryer outlet or separate conditioner, which is a minor flaw but doesn't detract from the overall experience.* 🌊 **Hotel Highlights:** 1. The rooftop infinity pool is absolutely stunning! 2. You don't need to go to the beach for a beautiful sunset; you can capture the best यहीं! 🌇 3. The higher floors offer good soundproofing. Even though it's near the street, it's not noisy (unless there are motorcycles revving loudly...). 4. It's very kid-friendly; I saw many family activity announcements. 🍽️ **Dining:** The breakfast variety is a bit limited, and the taste is just okay. However, there are so many delicious food options nearby, which is perfect for saving room for authentic Thai cuisine! 😋 ⚠️ **Tips:** 1. The surrounding roads are narrow with mixed pedestrian and vehicle traffic. During peak hours, walking is faster than taking a taxi. 2. It's close to the bar street, so the crowd can be a bit mixed. 3. The immediate area is a bit older and not as clean as the Terminal 21 area. I'd advise those who are very particular about their surroundings to consider this carefully. Overall, this place truly has no major flaws. The value for money and location are incredibly strong! It's definitely a top choice for accommodation in downtown Pattaya! 💥

Excellent location, right behind the Hilton and across from Central Festival. Walk through Central Festival and you'll find the famous Coconut Beach. The area is surrounded by night markets and massage parlors. Very satisfied, will definitely come again! 👍

The location is decent, and the rooftop pool is fantastic, though a bit small and seats get taken quickly, with quite a few Chinese guests. It's noisy downstairs, but once the door is closed, it's quiet. The washing machine and microwave are great and convenient.

No disposable slippers were provided. The 'sea view' is more of a partial view, so if you're coming, you can probably just book a standard room. Breakfast was decent, and the rooftop pool was nice too. Centuryworld is right downstairs.

Excellent location, right across from Central World and Pattaya Beach. You can just hail a tuk-tuk downstairs – basically, food, drinks, and fun are all sorted. I was very satisfied with the hotel's facilities; everything is new and spacious. You can see Pattaya Beach right from the balcony, and the sunshine on the balcony is fantastic – laundry dries in no time! The staff were all warm and professional, and it felt like the hotel put a lot of effort into celebrating Chinese New Year. This was the best hotel of my trip to Thailand. I'll definitely choose this one again when I come back to Pattaya.
