Good place to stay. Simple and cheap but it's all you need. Sport bar below and Tree town across the road.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pattaya who wants a fun and lively sports bar experience!

I stayed for 3 nights. At the very first day the provided a room without door in the bathroom. Ridiculous. I asked them to change. Firstly the told me they are changing. But at night they informed that I already used that room. So can’t possible today!!! So I change the room at next day. Room was big. Enough space. Had Oven, hair dryer, TV, locker, fridge. Location is 10 minutes walk from beach but in front of hotel, I found lots of night life activities. Ver good for enjoying. Owner may be the big guy is very co operative. Outstanding behaviour . But rest of all girls in front desk was terrible. They didn’t smile at all for 4 days and their attitude was terrible. I asked them to give complimentary water at 3rd day twice but they didn’t respond. Moreover this hotel is value for money. I liked this hotel for room size, price and the night life just in-front of it.

This hotel doesn't clean well, water leaks from the air conditioner, they don't refund the room fee even if you check out a few days early, and the surrounding area is noisy. The good thing is that it has a hairdryer, coffee pot, and microwave.

Highly disappointing, old infrastructure, cramped room, unfriendly staff

Best location with all restaurants bars around u. The rooms and the building are clean and like new .

Not good for family member, there is a bar in low side upside is hotel, we Didn't find any member at morning time when it needs to check out early!!!

A must stay location in the heart of night life. All places nearby only. Seven eleven, food streets, local shopping, beach and many more attractions just a little walk way.
