Quiet place, but not convience.

Overall it was good experience except it was not having soap, shampoo and cutlery, which was annoying!

Our butler was excellent and easily reachable via WeChat, which was super convenient. The location is great too, with lots of delicious food options nearby! 👍👍

Decent place for family staycation. The house is spacious and pretty neat and clean. The only thing I could complain is not having a microwave and cutlery. The owner is friendly. He waited us till 2 am, as we had a late ride from Bangkok.

It is a housing project. The entrance is a little complicated. The owner of the house is Chinese. There weren't many communication problems. It's a little slow to handle things, but it's not a problem at all.

Great location. This isn't my first time in Pattaya, and if you don't need the city center, it's easy to get to all the sights. It's also a 15-20 minute drive to the center, but there will be traffic. Excellent house in a village. Quiet and cozy.

The room was clean, the service was so-so, and in terms of transportation, it's about a 25-minute drive from the city center.

This hotel is run by Chinese people and you can communicate in Mandarin without difficulty, so it's a good option if you have language difficulties. The price is also quite reasonable.

There were many small spiders, and the bathroom facilities were severely lacking. There was only one shower with hot water, but the water pressure was very low, and there was no drain plug, making showering extremely inconvenient. It was unclean; I didn't like it.

⭐ 0/5 stars - An extremely poor accommodation experience, absolutely not recommended! All photos are proof. This is the first review I've written in ten years because this stay was utterly disappointing. Here are the serious problems encountered during my stay: 1. Ineffective Wi-Fi: Although the room was advertised as having Wi-Fi, the signal was completely unusable, rendering it useless. As a basic facility in modern accommodation, the host failed to ensure the Wi-Fi was working properly and offered no solution, causing great inconvenience. 2. No water for showers at night, bottled water required: Even more outrageous, there was no water to shower at night! The host actually suggested we use bottled water. This lack of basic amenities made the stay a complete disaster, offering absolutely no comfort. 3. Safety hazards leading to an accident and high compensation claims: Due to the extremely poor Wi-Fi signal, my friend tried to find a signal on the second-floor terrace and accidentally fell and was injured from the plastic railing. These plastic railings themselves have safety issues, yet the landlord completely denies any responsibility and demands a staggering 10,000 baht in compensation, claiming we are responsible for the damage. Even more outrageous, they withheld our 2,000 baht deposit, refusing to refund it. The landlord has an obligation to clearly inform guests of the condition of the facilities and the safety risks upon check-in, instead of shirking responsibility and demanding exorbitant compensation after an incident. Both parties share responsibility for the accident, but the landlord's handling of the situation lacks sincerity and is extremely disappointing. This is the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in, and I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this place!
