Akara Hotel Pattaya

I recently stayed at Akara Hotel Pattaya and overall had a pleasant experience, though there are a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, I would like to thank the hotel team for the complimentary room upgrade, which came with a beautiful sea view. The room was comfortable and the view definitely enhanced the stay. However, the check-in and check-out process took quite a long time, which made the arrival and departure experience less smooth than expected. I hope the hotel can improve the efficiency of the front desk during busy periods. Another point to note is that during my stay there were many large tour groups, mainly Chinese tourists. While I understand this is common in Pattaya, the noise level in public areas at times became quite disturbing for other guests who were looking for a quieter and more relaxing stay. Additionally, the toiletries provided in the room were quite basic. It would be great if the hotel could include more amenities such as body lotion and additional bathroom essentials to enhance the guest experience. Overall, I appreciate the hospitality and the upgraded room with the sea view, but with improvements in front desk efficiency, guest crowd management, and bathroom amenities, the stay could be much more enjoyable.

Modern, clean and close to the beach. Perhaps check in and out speed could be improved slightly. Fantastic breakfast and beautiful pool on top floor.
