Very good hotel, good services, good breakfast. Very clean.. Unfortunately a little too far from the heart of Pataya, but manageable with TukTuk or Bolt. The rooftop pool makes all the money.

Mid-range apartments. Feels like a student dorm. Downsides: small rooms. No smoking. The pool is knee-deep. There are great seating areas with tables by the pool.

Rating: 3/5 The hotel is generally okay, but don't expect anything above average. The location is about a 4 out of 5. It's roughly a 20-minute walk to the beach. The area is quite simple, with local buildings all around, and you can hear roosters in the mornings – the atmosphere feels more 'local' than touristy. The room itself was pretty good and comfortable, nothing fancy, but perfectly fine for a stay. Housekeeping was normal, no complaints there. The rooftop pool offers a nice view but is very shallow. The biggest issue was that our first room had bed bugs. After reporting it to reception, they promptly changed our room and handled everything politely and correctly. There were no problems in the second room. Overall, the hotel is decent, but frankly, its price shouldn't exceed around 2000 rubles per night (≈ 26 USD or ≈ 800 Thai Baht). In my opinion, it's not worth paying more than that.

Nice hotel in a rural area. Transport to city center is easy by songthaew. Sanctuary of truth 20 min walk away. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The upstair swimmingpool amazing. I stayed in building 1a. There are more buildings available. Next to the building is a very nice hotpot restaurant which gives you a discount if you stay in the hotel.

The hotel was clean, but the water temperature was a bit low, and it took a while to get hot for a shower. The hotel's design felt distinctly Chinese; the rooms were facing each other, so it was awkward to keep the curtains open during the day. However, celebrating New Year's Eve here was fantastic! The free concert was amazing, and the night market had a great variety of food. I'll definitely come back next time!
