Tonnam Pool Villa

This was my accommodation for my vacation. Although there was a slight issue with the reservation, the friendly front desk staff handled it well. However, communication was a bit difficult when speaking in English. The facilities were excellent, and the room cleaning was done thoroughly, so I had a good rest. The only minor drawback I could mention was that delivery drivers sometimes had trouble finding the place when ordering via Grab. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

When I first got off the car, I thought it was really remote, like a village. After exploring for two days, I realized the whole of Pattaya is like that. There's a convenience store right outside the hotel, plus barbecue joints, and ride-hailing services are fast and cheap – usually around 10-odd baht to get wherever you want to go. Overall, it's pretty good. The pool is bigger than I expected, and they run the water purification system every day, which is nice.

I almost didn't come to Pattaya Ton Villa after booking, but I would have regretted it if I hadn't. I'm very satisfied! The room was great, and all the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were friendly. The villa's location is about 7.5km from North Pattaya Bus Terminal, but it's super convenient with a Lotus's right in front and lots of street food options nearby. I'd love to visit again!

Great location, surrounded by many local shops. There's a Lotus (supermarket) right in front, which is super convenient, so you don't have to carry a lot of stuff. The room is clean and new, and the private pool is clean. It would be even better if the jacuzzi system worked well. Very good value for money.
