The hotel is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the walking street. The room was spacious, the bed was firm yet comfortable, and the pillows were adequate. The best part is that the hotel is on a no-car street making it very quiet. The room's cleanliness could use some improvement. I read negative comments about the front desk staff, likely from those who mistreated them, that I witnessed, and no isn't the hotel staff's job to call the booking website to check why you don't have a reservation, and then getting really mad and rude at them for not doing it. When it was my turn they were really friendly and accommodating. On checkout day, when I couldn't find the required document, the staff joked about keeping the deposit, which they did not. Would I recommend the hotel? Yes.
