👎👎👎👎👎👎I only stayed one night the room was very outdated , the lee lights don't work ,the was mould in the bathroom and the door was disgustingly dirty , at night time there were young Russians makes running around with no shirt and acting like I should not be there , being a professional boxer these guys I had to avoid because I didn't want to put them in hospital as I could see it would escalate where U would have to use self defence , not a friendly environment felt very toxic , the doors to the rooms spam skur and the whole walls shake , the security guards and bell boy are too relaxed smartly to avoid conflict , the sink in the bathroom had a bit crack in the bottom not hygienic , 8 don't normally give bad reviews only when necessary

The apartment complex is located in a nice area with a swimming pool, and it's quiet and tidy. The service was warm and welcoming; one of the receptionists at the front desk spoke Chinese. It's convenient for dining and simple shopping nearby, and not far from Jomtien Beach. In the mornings, you can even see fishing boats with fresh seafood.

Overall, it is a good hotel. However, it’s not suitable for for people who look for delicious and variety foods.

The hotel is great for families with children. Nice territory, cool pool. The rooms are small, we took the standard. One of the disadvantages is that it is poorly cleaned, there is dust under the beds, and the floor lamps have never been wiped. Cleaning is carried out on request immediately. The beds are comfortable. It's suitable for a few days. There is a 7/11 nearby.

After finding out that "seaview" meant "street view" to them and the listed amenity of "kitchen" meant "no kitchen" upon arrival, I decided I'm not spending the rest of my valuable holiday here. Hotel manager made the cancellation process needlessly difficult. After I called once to check on the status, they hung up, later put me on hold, and later blocked my number without even letting me say a word. With trip.com personnel and with any outreach they have also been very unresponsive. If you like seaview, you're getting street view, if you want garden view then you're getting parking lot view. And yes, maybe some people enjoy their stay, many people seem to, but not if you want it to be a memorable experience. Also the staff is in dire need of learning English and desperate need of training. The lady with the short hair couldn't answer a single question by herself without running to the back and seeking the manager. I ended up paying for a night I didn't stay, but that was the price to make sure I get the eight nights refund. I'm very glad at least I was able to secure that, there was another hotel that wouldn't show any flexibility. I'm seriously considering alternate ways than booking in advance because this app doesn't give you any freedom once the time has come to check in. Once you're there, so many things can go wrong. If you want to cancel or rearrange then you're at the mercy of hotel management and they can make things very painfully difficult... Because they can ...

Breakfast was ordinary No chairs at pool Noisy guests...alot of younger people in groups. .no respect regarding noise...staff didn't seem to care...security asleep most of the time...cleaning of room was pretty poor...wouldn't stay here again

Everything was good. The only issue is walking to the beach. The hotel is quite far from the beach

Bad service and far car park.Big swimming pool but dangerous from tile damage.

Good room and bed. Nice to have a balcony. Swimming pool is long but water not warm. There are many families with children.

they didn't return the deposit 500 baht they said we didn't give them at all

Simple price effective hotel with large pool for kids. Close walk to beach, restaurants and shops.
