The pool was clean, but it closed a bit too early. 7 PM is too soon; 8 PM would be much better.

Beautiful, clean, and family-friendly. The price is reasonable. This is our second time here.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. However, the curtains were too thin, letting in a lot of light in the morning, which made the room too bright. The bathroom also had a step, which was a tripping hazard and quite dangerous. When I went to get my two welcome drinks, the staff member used their bare hands to grab both cups by the rim. On the day of checkout, the staff just stood there and watched without helping me load my luggage into the car. They just stared as I dragged my bag down to the car myself, even though they opened the door for me to enjoy the cool air, as it was very hot outside. Even though I could manage it myself as I only had one bag, a simple offer to help would have been a nice gesture, but they didn't even bother to ask.

If you love swimming, you can open your door and jump straight into the pool! I highly recommend it. My family and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and didn't even need to go anywhere else. We'd wake up late, enjoy a delicious breakfast, watch TV, and soak in the very large bathtub. In the afternoon, when the sun wasn't too strong, we'd have an amazing swim.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, but the location is a bit far out.

Nice hotel for family. Accessible to the pool is kid’s favorite. There is shuttle bus service available to the beaches.

This hotel is a good choice for families who enjoy a quiet staycation. The rooms are spacious, and while the facilities are a bit dated and the air conditioning can be a bit noisy, it's still possible to sleep. If you're sensitive to AC noise, this might not be the place for you. Also, perhaps because of its proximity to the pool, there were occasional small flying insects. If you're bothered by bugs, you might want to skip this one. Otherwise, everything else was quite satisfactory. The hotel offers floating breakfast and lunch; we opted for lunch, and the portions were generous. Large pool floats are available for rent at 150 baht/hour, which is worth trying. There's a 7-Eleven and a popular trendy restaurant right outside, and a massage place is just a 10-minute walk away. Upon check-in, the staff explained the hotel policies, and at check-out, the lobby staff proactively asked if we needed a taxi, which was very thoughtful.

This is my go-to place every time I visit Pattaya. Everyone I've brought here has absolutely loved it and been completely satisfied. 😊😊 Although the service isn't quite what it used to be due to rising prices in Thailand, it still offers 5-star service!

Whenever I come to Pattaya, I always stay here. This time, however, we got a room that definitely needs improvement. 1. Regarding the key card, it wouldn't stay in to connect the power and air conditioning; I had to constantly wiggle it. 2. At night, the air conditioning was more warm than cool, and I couldn't adjust it myself. 3. For the price we paid, which was quite high, this stay makes me not want to return again.

The hotel pool its great for young children but inside our room its already old new some renovation

Limited parking

The location was really inconvenient; there's nothing around except for a 7-Eleven. The pool environment was just okay. It's a bit dangerous that the swim-up rooms don't have direct stairs to the pool.
