All good ....except the hand shower head , please change new hand shower head !

The room smelled bad and there were cockroaches. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant, but the service was terrible and the menu wasn't impressive at all.

Very nice hotel, staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. Bed is comfortable and overall it’s nice hotel especially the location. Many people mentioned the dim lights in the room, and I noticed that the light is not much so its a little bit dark in the room. Maybe you should check it out if you’re in the area or just book one day to check before you book more days.

The second time I’ve stayed here the people are good day and Night staff . The rooms are nice. Shower and  toilet a huge everyone I’ve stayed in has felt very comfortable. The location is right in the heart of everything. 

I stayed in this place which is behind Beach Road. One of the side streets. Soi 8. So much activity nearby, including live music which can go on till late. Not necessarily my cup of tea. However, as they gave me a room in the back which was good and very clean, I could not say that I was disturbed by the neighbourly music. I have every intention of coming back to this hotel next time I am in Pattaya. The humble staff were good to me.

you can enjoy the pattaya best view people here dont understand english but they are very kind only problem is WIFI not working

The hotel is perfectly located, fabulous room, the only problem is the air con that is a bit noisy otherwise no issues at all. One of my favorites in Pattaya

Good location on beach road. Room os big, toilet and ahower swperate and big. Nezt ro central festival mall. But very loud at night tiem coz its middle of bar and disco.

Clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and drinking place.

Very nice room, but no pool, but minutes from the beach and Central shopping.

A great hotel for the price. I stayed in room 55 on the top floor for six days. The only thing missing in the room was a microwave. Everything you need is nearby. There's a cafe nearby with delicious food and breakfast for 80 baht. The ocean view is slightly blocked by an abandoned building in front, but the ocean is clearly visible and there are panoramic windows. The staff is helpful; not everyone speaks English, but Google Translate solves all problems. By the way, doing laundry there is cheaper than at local laundries, which is very nice. I tipped the cleaning staff 100 baht daily, and I always had clean clothes, fresh linens and towels every day. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good night's sleep and is close to all the action.

I personally felt the environment was nice, and most importantly, the Thai staff were warm, attentive, and had a strong service mentality.

Considering the price, I was very satisfied. One thing to note is that the amenities did not include a toothbrush or razor. Also, since the room only had a single card key, the lights would turn off when I left. Even with that in mind, I was very satisfied with this hotel for the price.
