Mood Hotel Pattaya

This is a lovely place to stay, I've been back twice already. It's great for the younger generation. The rooms are clean and have good amenities, plus there's a swimming pool. The room rates are good, but the rooms aren't very soundproof and aren't super big.

I've stayed here many times, but this time I encountered an issue with the room I booked under the 'Moose M' type. I requested a quiet room, but ended up in one where the noise from the pub/bar was so disruptive that I couldn't sleep. Additionally, there was a power outage around 1 AM. However, the staff were very helpful and tried to resolve the problem quickly.

Considering the price, it's not bad. However, I'd like to see improvements in cleanliness everywhere, as it makes everything look old. The staff service was good.

The walls were a bit thin, and I could faintly hear sounds from the next room, but other than that, there was nothing else that bothered me. If I come back to this area, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Great location and a charming room. It felt very safe for a solo female traveler. However, the room might not be suitable for light sleepers as it's not very soundproof. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to Central.

The location is simply excellent! As a Japanese person, the biggest struggle is not being able to adjust the air conditioning. If only the AC could be adjusted, it would definitely become my favorite hotel.

We booked a twin room here for friends and family. The price was quite reasonable, and the location is great – easy to find food, close to cafes, and Terminal 21. The room decor is cute and vibrant. This is my fourth time staying here! The beach is just a short walk from the hotel.

The room was excellent and super clean. The location is just a short walk to the beach. Overall, everything was great!
