The Heritage Pattaya Beachfront Resort

I visit Thailand very often but not much to Pattaya. But I enjoy resort .& sun tanning at the beach. This Reosrt gives me the total satisfaction. The size of the Hotel & room is amazing & comfortable. Service level, facilities & staff friendliness are excellent. Nothing to comment except if it’s closer to supermarket (still close but no shelter to walk there under heavy rain sometimes) , no room service in the evening, swimming pool closers at 1900 which is too early. But I still come again with my families 👍🥰😂!

Huge room with a great view, Big selection of food for breakfast. Friendly staff. Location is good, there is a Night Market a 10 minute walk up the road, which is great for a meal and a few drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very good stay at The Heritage Pattaya Resort. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Although the location is a bit far from the main town, it actually worked in our favor as it was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing family trip. The breakfast could definitely be improved in terms of variety, but we didn’t have any major issues with what we had—it was decent and satisfying. A special mention to the front desk lady (unfortunately, I can’t remember her name) who was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to sort out our rooms and managed to arrange for our family to stay in the same building, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, especially for families and groups of friends looking for a comfortable and peaceful environment.

A huge property next to beach was the best part. But service was awful. Staff was not well guided. I booked a room with pool access but I could not go into the pool at night because there were insects inside the pool. Hotel charges you for everything you ask. Be it is an extra key for room, plates and knifes, extra water bottles and other basic things. The only beautiful part was its access to beach was just few steps away. Hence, I would not go to this property again.
