Three Bears, Thailand Pattaya Venetian Apartment

Very disappointing stay at this place - I booked 2 rooms and both had issues: one AC remote didn’t work, and the other AC was leaking water. After many calls and chats via Trip, someone came to check while we were out, but the problems reoccurred. Amenities were poorly managed — no hand soap, no bottled water, and refilled toiletries with no labels. The bathing soap was in a Pantene shampoo bottle and another room inside a Jergens lotion bottle, which looked cheap and unprofessional. Despite late checkout until 14:00 being confirmed on my itinerary, a staff member knocked and shouted at my friend while she was alone, which felt very uncomfortable. The place has potential visually, but basic standards and service really need improvement.

A very nice hotel. Clean and cozy. Located in nice neighborhood. Easy to book, easy to check in. The only issue is that WiFi is soooooooo slow.

They spent all their budget on the swimming pool

The Room was Nice,balcony is small barely fits a chair. ..pool is great ,jacuzzi ,sauna available .. Gym is good and clean ! Highly recommend it for couples and families. Gardens around ,lobby is comfortable! Beautiful Place to choose

Hotel is ok, for this price. Pool is nice and gim was not bet either. But menegment is awful. I prolongated staying in hotel for one day more. And they took from me more then 25 presents payment then usual day . Ok I thought, maybe because of cleaning they have to take extra money. They send me message that they menege cleaning my room. When time came they just offered me change towels. I guess ouner of hotel have to know that his meneger is miserable thief. I guess in report to his boss he reports about spending money for cleaning but he didn't.
