Surely I will book again for this hotel. Pretty impeccable hotel for a good price. Bed is comfortable and I cannot imagine anything better than this on

After so many years on Trip.com, this was the first time I encountered a 'no room on arrival' situation, and it was at this hotel. They even tricked us into believing they'd arranged a sister hotel... I foolishly fell for it, only to find out it was a scam once we got there. The 'hotel' was a dump, located in a very noisy alley, small and run-down, more like a budget motel. This whole ordeal happened on New Year's Eve no less, meaning we got no sleep that night. To make matters worse, both my husband and daughter had influenza and colds, and we had an early flight the next day. I was absolutely furious! I complained to Trip.com, and their service, I must say, was impeccable – they compensated us immediately. But the hotel's behavior is utterly incomprehensible and unacceptable. I believe they should have simply admitted their mistake and offered compensation, allowing me to rebook somewhere else, instead of trying to con us with lies.

Extremely unhygienic room. In the first room, there were geckos. The staff caught them but refused to change rooms. After I insisted, they finally moved me to another room, but the new room had ants crawling on the pillows and bed.

The room quality is quite comparable to what you'd find at a Lavande Hotel in China. The overall room hygiene was good, and the bedding felt very comfortable. All rooms come with a small balcony, and mine overlooked the pool, which was lovely to wake up to. At night, there was no loud motorbike noise. Aside from the central air conditioning making a slight machine noise, the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet stay. The breeze by the second-floor pool was really pleasant. Walking out to the main road, it's about 1 km to Terminal 21, and there are many restaurants and small pubs along the way. Songthaews (local shared taxis) are also available. Overall, it's a decent place.

Great modern design hotel for ฿1200. Definitely need some standard rooms are kind of smaller but not bad not too far from Central close to terminal 21 not a bad location and the rooms are really clean and neat.

Great location, and the room was clean and tidy. The small balcony was a nice touch, very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very convenient to get to the beach (10 minutes walk), Terminal 21 (10 - 15 min or so) and my favorite restaurant Caravan. Best stay ever! Our Room was on the 8th floor with a view at the city. Clean and quite spacious. The swimming pool was fine, too, though the water in it was quite cold for some people but it was okayish for me and my mum to swim - we are used to such temperature in our river back at home in summer.

The room was clean and tidy, and there's a free parking lot right across the street. The hotel is very close to Pattaya city center, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. It's also not far from the beach. Highly recommended!

Great value for money. The location in North Pattaya is quiet and the environment is very clean and tidy. The price is reasonable, although it's a bit more expensive during holidays like New Year's Day. It's clean and well-kept, perfect for an off-season stay.

This hotel is excellent, offering great value for money with complete facilities. It's perfect for business trips. The breakfast and dinner selections are also very good and varied. I highly recommend this hotel for both vacations and business travel.

We found ourselves extending our stay in Pattaya at the last minute to enjoy the Fireworks Festival, as our original hotel was fully booked. Fortunately, we discovered M Hotel Pattaya, which offered a reasonable price and a convenient location. Upon arrival, we requested a room with a king-size bed but were assigned a twin bed instead. However, since we were only staying for one night, we decided not to make a fuss about it. The hotel’s location proved to be quite advantageous, being within walking distance of Terminal 21 and the beach. With November's cooler weather, we enjoyed comfortable strolls to these popular spots to catch the fireworks. Additionally, the area surrounding the hotel is lively, featuring a variety of restaurants, a large supermarket, and a 7-Eleven just around the corner. Overall, our experience at M Hotel Pattaya turned out to be pleasant and convenient, making it a decent choice for a short stay in the city.

The location is good; there are many shopping malls and snack bars nearby.
