This hotel is very new and clean at a reasonable price, I am really happy to stay in this hotel. The room is good decoration and clean, the bed also makes a comfortable sleep 😴. There are all amenities provided in the room, there are 2 drinking water bottles provided for free. There is a big parking lot at the front of the hotel. The breakfast is also very delicious and there are various menus provided. I really enjoy staying in this hotel.

I’m pretty happy with this hotel.💙 The location is convenient when you travel from Bangkok to Pattaya North Bus Station. Close to Terminal 21 and beach road! The breakfast was excellent 😎👌🏽 The room WiFi was a bit inconsistent for online work, but they did restart the system for me which helped. I had a noisy neighbor at 4am and the hotel moved them to another level after my complaint. The price per night is also a great plus* Overall a good stay! Thanks 😊

Vareena Palace fell short of expectations in nearly every way that matters for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning units are incredibly noisy, making it difficult to sleep or relax in the room. It’s one of those issues that should be basic for any hotel, but here it's a constant annoyance. The location is a real drawback—far from anything convenient, so you'll likely need transportation just to get to restaurants or attractions. Not ideal if you're hoping to explore on foot. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and below-average quality. For a hotel charging what they do, you'd expect much better. On the positive side, the room was clean and the staff were okay—neither exceptionally friendly nor rude, just adequate. Overall, Vareena Palace feels like a place that's neglected the details. If you value peace, location, and a decent breakfast, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Soft and comfortable bed, helpful staff. Breakfast is average. Location is about 2 km from the beach, so you need to walk or take Grab.

Clean and spacious bath/bed rooms. It is nice to have a little balcony. The staff was kind. Will visit again.

The room was very clean. The best part was the balcony right outside the room, where you could smoke, ensuring the room stayed smoke-free – which was excellent!

Great hotel, very good value for money! The location is not near to beach road but that's why the price is lower. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good!

Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the swimming pool and enjoyed breakfast. The hotel is near shops, restaurants and ATM.

The overall service was pretty good. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the auntie at breakfast was so enthusiastic, constantly asking if I'd had enough to eat, haha! The room environment was decent too; the overall decor was comfortable, spacious, and it even had a balcony.

The bed is too soft, I remember my last stay 2023 still not that soft. 😎😎

The check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, though the bed was a bit too firm. Breakfast was good. However, the listing on Trip.com mentioned a fitness center, but in reality there was only a swimming pool. Overall, the stay was good value for the price.

So so. Persoel was mainly friendly. There is regular police presence in the main entrance which seems like an official go to contact place, but the constant police presence made me feel uncomfortable. Walking through many officers when entering or leaving the building is a strange feeling without any obvious reason. It’s just not a cozy feeling coming into you hotel where you want to find peace.

The room's hardware is decent, but the towels, bedding, and mattress need updating. The lobby also lacks air conditioning, which cheapens the hotel's overall impression and needs improvement.
