Room b202 had an extremely strong sewage smell in the middle of the night, it was really potent.
I stayed for three days. On the first day, when I entered the room, the staff asked if I smoked and if I needed an ashtray. I said yes, and they brought me one, for which I gave them a tip.
When I checked out, they told me I had to pay a 2000 Thai Baht fine because I smoked in the room. LOL.
Even a dog wouldn't come back here. I strongly advise against this hotel. Their scam is so obvious; they just wait until you're about to head to the airport to pull this kind of trick on you!

The environment is quite good, and the room is pretty spacious. There are a few Korean restaurants right outside the hotel, and you'll see a lot of Koreans around. The pool is also quite nice. It's very close to Terminal 21 and the 99 Show, and there are massage shops nearby too.

Check in was a little fraught as my booking name didn’t match my ID, because I didn’t use my middle names in the booking . It took them about 10 minutes to accept I was who I was . Not a good way to start . However everything else was good . Room was nice , bed large and comfy and bathroom just about ok . Breakfast had plenty of options although the fried eggs were all cold .

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is excellent. Walking distance to main attractions and Terminal 21, a huge shopping mall in Pattaya. Overall a very good stay. Will stay here again whenever in Pattaya.

- staying at Block B, enjoying a good view of the pool
- enjoy waiting our friends at the lobby, nice environment and temperature
- appreciate the big smiles from the front desk and breakfast room
- great variety and good quality of the breakfast
- good lightning at the room and washroom
- no shower facilities by the pool (guests have to go back)
- close to Terminal 21 and other restaurants

This place is almost perfect to us. The cleanliness of the surrounding areas was very good, staff were very friendly and polite.
The negative side was the bathroom that gets wet every time we showered, poorly designed. The pool has very few sun bed to cater for the guests.
