Arrived a few hours after the booking was made but they had no availability. But the receptionist refunded 400 baht.

Great location. There is a 7-11 nearby. The price is very reasonable. It is a good choice to stay in a hotel. Thai hotels rarely provide disposable toothbrushes, which can be purchased at 7-11. It is very convenient to rent a motorcycle when traveling independently in Pattaya.

Beautiful room, exactly as described, wide balcony. Good service, location ok. Under the building there are restaurants, shops, laundry, convenient. At the entrance of the alley, there are a lot of places to eat, there is 7-11.
The air conditioner is small and doesn't cool the entire room.
Little parking
Towels are old, black, with many stains.
The housekeeper doesn't really care. to clean

This time the room was clean, the air conditioner was cool, and the hot water was hot.

Considering the price, it's a surprisingly clean and nice hotel.
The location is a little far from the center, but it's within walking distance to Soi Bukkao, so if you're used to Pattaya to some extent, it won't be a problem.
There are also restaurants and a 7-Eleven around the hotel.
