Location of the hotel is pretty easy to find as this is situated near a main (side)road. It is bit of a walk (15 min.) to Pattaya Beach but managaeble. After two days you can easily find your way back during the day or in the night. The swimming pool is good for a cool down during the day. The hotel is also situated approx. 50 m. from a 2025 Michelin acknowledged restaurant (Baan Pho Ta Kitchen Company Limited). Definitely try the Curry Crab!

My go-to hotel! Personally, I love the location – it's quiet and I always sleep well. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, and plenty of restaurants and food stalls, which is super convenient. Having a motorbike would be a plus. It's also great for getting back from clubs in South Pattaya.

The room was comfortable and clean, and my stay was quite pleasant. The price was also reasonable. However, a hairdryer was not provided, and the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low. I hope these can be improved. Overall, I'm still satisfied.

Room very basic even no have any kettle in room for make coffee in room and shower water pressure is very low can not enjoyed Reception asking deposit as well which is normal But reception is not good welcome I didn’t see any smile face to be honest as a hotel guest need see smile Big issues is air conditioning really not work well do not make cold even in 16 degrees do not make cold in room was warm

This is cheap and very good for pricing and location is good and peaceful.

The pool is good, the room is clean, and there's affordable parking. The room is clean, the location is great, it's easy to find food, and there's a convenient store nearby. Highly recommended!

The room was lovely and had everything I needed. It was clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a long day. The overall environment was nice, and I had no major problems during my stay. Everything went smoothly, and I felt comfortable staying here. Definitely a good place to consider if you’re looking for somewhere nice and affordable. I would happily stay here again!

perfect. super clean. (thanks for perfect cleaner on floor 3 !!!) staff super friendly. many places to eat nearby. 24 hours hot water + coffee + tea for free at reception. new towels + bottles of water everyday.. nice and clean waterpool. PS. 08:00 - 20:00. Could work until 21:00. terrace near waterpool. PS. electric kettle could be inside the room.

Newish, well appointed property which is very clean, serviced daily, has a good swimming pool & plenty of cheap eateries & services on your doorstep which the locals frequent (& a 7-11).. You also get 2 bottles of water replenished daily which is vital in the heat. Also has a good heat pump & a dispersal fan attached to the ceiling at the foot of your bed. The only cons for here is it's a wee bit away from the central Pattaya hub so you need a Bolt app &/or a good walk ethic plus there is no in-room kettle which is sacrilege for a teapot like myself & easily remedied! Also note, if you walk there are no footpaths & a lot of traffic so you have to keep your wits about you at all times.

Again, a very pleasant stay, if you need to stay a little away from the "in your face" action, i thoroughly recommend this place.
