Grand Palazzo Hotel Reviews

The hotel rooms are spacious and the staff are genuinely friendly. However, this hotel is frequently booked by all-male Indian tour groups, and there are many, many Indian men! At breakfast, they would grab other people's seats, take food directly from the communal dishes with their hands, and even put it back. When we reported this to the hotel, their response was that we should respect their customs! So, we didn't eat breakfast for the two days we stayed and will not be booking this hotel again!

Stayed one night yesterday and I feel pretty good about it.

The hotel is located, near to big shopping mall and easy to go to the downtown of Pattaya beach. Comparatively the regular room is big but the facilities are old and so simple.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palazzo Hotel. The location is unbeatable—very close to Terminal 21 and Big C, and having a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel was incredibly convenient. My room was very spacious and kept sparkling clean. I especially loved the shower; the water pressure was excellent! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices, including great vegetarian options. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally polite and went out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommended!

Hotel is all good. The only problem is. Loudness. Close to bars and clubs. Very loud at night.

Amazing staff, worn out rooms. Not even close to 5 stars. Rooms don’t even have hair dryers. Pool area no sunshine (in the evening, not sure about morning)

Rooms were pretty big, but the rooms were dated. Bathroom was good size, bed was super big. Location was great, easy to everything.

Good place to stay if you are at Pattaya, there's a great bar nearby, and I love the Korea restaurant street with all Korea food, which is nice, hotel room is big

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Susa Xiaodi's service made me feel genuinely respected and joyful. This stay wasn't just a rest; it was a truly pleasant journey for both mind and body. I'll definitely be back next time!

Good location; Not too noisy yet close to everything. Giod value too.

Clean room. Staff are polite and helpful. Swimming pool needs upgrade.

Room had excellent sea view. Breakfast was OK but not noteworthy. This area of Pattaya is quite quiet.

The staff and people that working such as house keepers “cleaning people” were great, the bath room  toweles were really old and worn out, should be thrown out and provide much newer towels instead giving those old worn out towels to the guest.
