The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Pattaya's North Bus Terminal and approximately 2km from the bustling city center. The interior of the hotel is a bit dated, but the rooms are spacious and have a nice balcony. The bed linens were quite clean. There's also a small pool, perfect for a refreshing dip.

Excellent hotel, excellent room for the price. Our room had something like a mini-kitchen with a kettle and microwave, and a large fridge. We didn't use it, but for those coming with family for a longer stay, it's a super option. The room was spacious and everything worked. We only spent 2 nights here, but even in that short time, the room was cleaned. If I have the opportunity to come back next time, I'll definitely use this hotel again.

A wonderful hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. The beautiful territory of the hotel, a good swimming pool, sun beds are always available. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony. Excellent location, there are many massage parlors nearby, there is a shop 7-11. The breakfasts are delicious, but you can find something to eat.

We booked this hotel for our last couple of days before flying home. The plan was to return the car, then pack our bags and relax by the pool without any rush. We specifically chose a ground-floor room with direct pool access. Imagine our shock when we arrived at the hotel only to find out the pool was closed for renovation! The Thai receptionist insisted that everyone had been informed, but there was absolutely no mention of pool maintenance on Trip.com, where we made our booking. Our reservation, by the way, was non-refundable, so instead of relaxing by the pool, we had to extend our car rental and drive to the beaches. This can be considered an official complaint against Trip.com. The hotel itself was old, as expected. Our room had a musty smell, and the furniture was falling apart. In just two days, the toilet started leaking, flooding the entire bathroom, and the water heater broke. All of this is somewhat offset by the ridiculously low price. But without the pool, it was a complete disaster. The hotel's location is so-so. There's next to nothing around compared to, say, Jomtien. However, we did find a nearby cafe called Narnia, which I highly recommend. Their steaks are delicious! ;)

Traveled to Thailand with my parents and found this hotel. The breakfast was a buffet, and the location was peaceful yet convenient. The facilities were decent, just a bit old. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was simple but ample – we were very satisfied. There were quite a few guests, but the hotel was quiet overall. The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance when we visited.

Hey. Probably it would be nice on the other side not the carpark view apologies garden city view. Slightly expensive considering I was in jomtien Beach road for way less and it not resemble an 80's porno flick

Really good hotel.Room is big and well equped. Lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Swimming pool is nice. Really good value:)

Conveniently located near restaurants in the city center. Excellent service, lush surroundings, ample parking, and a swimming pool.

Great value for money. If you're not too picky, it's perfectly fine. The soundproofing, however, was very disappointing. It's about 1km from Terminal 21 and also close to Pattaya city center and Beach Road. It would be a great choice for a family vacation, you should have a very rewarding experience.
