We booked for 5 nights in this resort and when we reached there, we came to know that the swimming pool and the fitness center are in renovation. We were quite dissaponted, as no prior intimation was given on the unavailability of the same. We were allowed to use the very small pool in the hotel next to it, but still it was not at all upto to any class. Whenever we book any resort or hotel, we just not only pay for the rooms only, but also for the amenities it maintains. When these items remain unavailable, the overall stay gets affected a lot. A part of the joy gets faded.

Lovely small hotel, perfect location , just across the road of beach .
Nice and quiet. The hotel is a bit old , but clean. Value for what you pay for it. Pattaya itself is not for me , but if I would come back here I would book again .

The hotel is old but location is perfect! Beach is across the road. Terminal 21 is in 5-7 minutes walking distance. Rooms with seaview are great. Size of the rooms are great too. The sea is clean, the beach is clean. The hotel is quiet. Slept well. What else is needed? Perhaps the breakfast could be more varied.

We stayed in a deluxe room, very old furniture, everything is shabby, the kettle is dirty. Uncomfortable pillows, slept badly. The location of the hotel is excellent, you can have a delicious dinner in the restaurant. There is no furniture on the balcony
