Absolutely lovely hotel, very clean, calm and pool zone so nice with best location!

Great place. Nice pool. Animals allowed. It's good if they will take care more about rooms -changing lights, check pipes. )

Acceptable services compared to price. Not so much variety of breakfast. The room is not as in the picture, for the superior room in Trips.com. I asked the receptionist but she said the pictures on the app were mixed with deluxe type.

A good hotel to stay at. Large room, clean linen and towels changed every day. Pros: Various cafes, bars, massages nearby 10 min walk to the beach Shops 5 min walk. Market 5-10 min walk. Pool, sun loungers. Cons: Poor cleaning, dirty floors, cleaning consists of changing and making bed linen and towels. That's all. TV and other items are covered with a layer of dust that lasts for months. Poor and monotonous breakfasts. Only pasta or rice noodles change every day. The rest is the same. After 17 days, breakfast has become so boring that I had to have breakfast in a cafe. Shower gels/shampoo. I had to put them out so that they would pour them. The cleaners don't take care of this. It's easier to buy your own at the market. The gym is small and there is no air conditioning. There are ceiling fans that don't help much. In general, you can live if you don’t take into account the above

The reception staff is not very friendly, they only smile when you have a chocolate bar)) They take your luggage to your room themselves, which is nice after the road. The room is spacious, the interior is a little untidy, the floors are probably not washed at all, because I arrived in white socks, after 5 minutes of walking on the floor they became dirty) cleanliness is not for Thais in principle. The pool is gorgeous, they clean it daily, but you can use it from 10 am to 8 pm, and you really want to swim in the evening))) The balcony is nice, there is a dryer for clothes, on the upper floors you can partially see the sea) also in the overview are modern high-rise buildings. The hotel is ideally located, at a fork in a noisy street, but the hotel feels calm, the sea and the night market are 10 minutes away, to the Bali Hai pier, Welcome Street 7-10 minutes by taxi, 25 minutes on foot. Pratamnak is a wonderful area, Big Buddha is nearby, we also walked, there is a beautiful park on the way! Breakfasts are really not very good, the same thing every day, these are fried eggs lying in a tray in a heap))) is it really impossible to put a cook to fry fresh ones, waste of products, the scrambled view is also not very good(, sausages are tasty, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce leaves, pancakes were and you can fry toast, tea is brewed in a teapot, two types of jam, we are not particularly picky, we were not hungry, but after 7 days we were already tired of it. Overall, we liked the hotel!

The pillows are so nice and fluffy..I love it...and the pool is very nice.the staff so friendly and respectful.the surrounding so green and the hotel is so clean I love to having my coffee at my balcony and looking at the pool under the trees...I think we will coming back here again for sure....

The hotel has a lot of beautiful photo spots. Clean accommodation, comfort bed, very good service. Polite staff. The facilities are worth the price paid. Going alone doesn't feel lonely. There are a lot of cute pets. But the atmosphere is very nice.

Booked the Premier type, great value, spacious room, extremely comfortable bed, comfortable to bring the golden retriever to go with, very fun and got a great experience here. Highly recommend! Not far from Bangkok Will come back again soon.

Excellent pet-friendly hotel!!!! The room was clean and nice. We had a room on the first floor with a patio that faced the pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel included breakfast, but the breakfast was just mediocre.

Very very bad experience here! It's very bad experience. 1.Make a payment by credit card charge 10% (other hotel just charge 0-3%) 2.Fee for EV car charging is 500 THB but they are not inform me before 3.it's feeling like I live in military base I recommend you to find other hotel that cheaper and better service than this

The food is very delicious. Very worth the accommodation fee paid. There are many menus to choose from as well. I recommend ordering rice mixed with shrimp paste. It's the best. The swimming pool is very beautiful. The accommodation is really peaceful, not chaotic at all. Met many cute little ones. Come alone, you won't be lonely at all. Recommended because it is not very far from Bangkok.
