The Zign Hotel

The room was clean and it's a private beach. There's a 7-Eleven and a cafe right in front, which is convenient.

Great location, close to convenience stores. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn't working. I had to call three times before a technician came up to fix it. (If the technician was busy, they should have called to inform me so I wouldn't have to wait.)

They charged a 2000 deposit even though there were no drinks or amenities in the room.

The room was spacious with a balcony, clean, and fully equipped with amenities. The pool was large, but it was split into different levels, so you had to walk up and down stairs. My stay coincided with a seminar, and even on the seventh floor, the noise was loud until it finished at 11 PM. For breakfast, the staff informed us that due to the large seminar group, food was set up at multiple stations, but with less variety 🫤. Do customers have to bear the brunt of this...? I was disappointed, especially after seeing so many positive reviews about the food beforehand.

I had the opportunity to attend a wedding at this hotel, and I must say the lobby is spacious and grand, with excellent facilities. It's very clean and the environment is lovely, right by the sea. The sea view rooms offer endless ocean vistas, and there's a direct walking path from the hotel to the beach. The hotel service was also great. Breakfast was plentiful and served until 10 AM.
