The Zign Hotel Reviews

This is our second time staying here. The rooms are spacious and have a great view. The beach isn't suitable for swimming, but that's compensated for by the excellent swimming pool, perfect for families, with several pool areas. The restaurant is very good, the food is delicious, and the staff provides excellent service. We will definitely return.

Very crowded. Service is not good as lack of staff. Pool is not clean and very deep.

I had the opportunity to attend a wedding at this hotel, and I must say the lobby is spacious and grand, with excellent facilities. It's very clean and the environment is lovely, right by the sea. The sea view rooms offer endless ocean vistas, and there's a direct walking path from the hotel to the beach. The hotel service was also great. Breakfast was plentiful and served until 10 AM.

The rooms were very dirty, had to change it. Some kind of animals/insects nesting in our bathroom. Toilet was leaking. Aircondition made terrible noise, impossoble to sleep with the AC on.Moldy smell and all of got breathing difficulties in the room. Pool area very dirty and uncomfortable. Beds extremely hard, impossible to sleep on them. Very noisy hotel. Staff very rude. Staff do not speak english. Staff not willing to help in any situations. Breakfast was awful, not eadible. We will never again go back to that so called "5 star hotel". It was max 2 stars.

Super great swimming Pool But, when I book the hotel, I request higher floor Hotel puts us in second floor. They don't respect our request. In general, Hotel is good !

The room was great, and the location and environment were excellent. The kids had a fantastic time. It's also quite convenient to get around the area. The hotel service was good too. Definitely recommend it for a holiday, thumbs up!

It's a short walk away from the The Sanctuary of Truth Museum, worth to go at night or in the morning! The room has a great view over the pool and the sea.

Nice place to chill and relax with lots of amenities. A good place for return stay.

The hotel is absolutely stunning.  Very modern and clean. The service is excellent.  The employees are very helpful, courteous and friendly. The swimming pool is huge, well maintained and very beautiful. The beach and scenery is fantastic.  And the location is very good. Within 10 minutes from Sanctuary of Truth. And a short ride from the Pattaya Aquarium and The 3 Mermaids restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful landscape, great views from the room, amazing swimming pools, decent breakfast. However small things like softness of beds, quietness at night, pillows, coffee machines, place to wash feet after beach, beach water quality can be improved.

The room very large, the hotel vey big !! Good staff …. Recommended for family
