Sunbeam was a good hotel to stay at.conviently situated at the top of soi8 near second road Room was fine and breakfast was satisfactory.

Convenient location and booking available after midnight when other hotels are not allowed to book.

I liked the Sunbeam Hotel. The room we had was very spacious, clean, a very comfortable bed and all the usual hotel amenities. The only thing that let me down was the shower which didn’t have the best water pressure and the hot water was a bit hit and miss. We had a room on the 11th floor we a great view of the ocean and high enough not to hear the noise of the night time entertainment. In fact we couldn’t hear anything from outside in our room. Check in and out was easy and the staff very polite. We found the best price for our room on Trip.com. I would definitely recommend staying hear especially if you get a good deal.

Have stayed at this hotel but it will be my last time the rooms are getting run down now

Good choice of hotel l stayed only one day. Location is superb very new lots of bars and massage shops with many girls to choose from. I didn’t have the breakfast and didn’t use the pool . My room had an adjoining door to the next room so if you get a loud girl it can be embarrassing. The air conditioning barely worked but it was just about bearable. I would recommend and stay again. The hotel is not that cheap but often sold out.

The people were really kind and they helped us to do all the process of check in faster. There are two buildings we were assigned in other next to the main building the place was clean and comfortable.

Was a good hotel, everything within walking distance! Super clean and comfy would stay again.

After a room upgrade, I like to give the hotel a 4-star rating, which is way better than the room conditions on the 3rd floor.

Excellent location and great staff service

Location wise it’s perfect, central festival mall, the beach both are few minutes walk from this hotel. Rooms are really big and clean and the staff are lovely.

The hotel feeling abit out dated now. My superior room shower is not working properly. I can't be bothered to whinge. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon..
