Good hotel location. From the far looking very nice but in closure have some damages. Anyway good for cheap vacations. About 10min walking from the beach and 15-20 to big malls. Very good and deep pool nice to stay if you don’t wanna go to the beach

Outdated hotel and poor service. Single blanket on king size bed. Towels and bedding are very old. The hotel needs renovation.

Super quiet location. The hotel is a bit dated.

Rusty pipes with red water in the bathroom broken AC No real interest in my concerns when expressed to the staff too expensive considering all the issues

Good room

Good points: - the room is very big, ceiling is high, big bed - straight 700m line to a amazing beach with clean water (january) - close to Terminal 21, we took tuktuks from there - nice personal, but barely understands english - there is always someone at the bar to drink and talk to if you’re into it Bad points: - the hotel is next to 3-4 bars, which play rock music until 3AM. Even with fully closed windows, your hear it. I could not sleep like that, I had to wear mine full sized noise cancelling headphones. My 60yo mom didn’t mind. Getting a room on the other side might help. - WiFi barely works: you connect to it but it rejects you. Sometimes it will accept you, but the speed is bad. Both iphone and android. Ended up buying unlimited sim card - TV does not work, and they didn’t manage to fix it - air conditioner is old (plastic became yellow at this point), temperature is not adjusting, so it had to modes: abnormally noisy, very cold stream (to cool down the room in minutes) and mid chill mode, which you can use (remember, you can’t open windows, there are concerts every night) - hot water was available 2-3 days out of 8

The facility is old and poorly maintained. I asked to be moved to another room because the room smelled bad.

The hotel is very old, not clean enough and amenities are outdated. The location is ok, close to the beach and bars/restaurants. Very loud during night if your room looks out to bar street.
