The hotel's overall ambiance is pretty good, but the location is indeed a bit out of the way. However, for the price, it's acceptable. All the facilities are quite old, especially the window soundproofing, which is really bad; the motorcycles outside are incredibly noisy at night. There are a lot of Indian people around here, and it takes over 30 minutes to walk to the walking street. I booked a single room, but upon arrival, it was a twin-bed standard room. Even though there was a language barrier, they basically told me to deal with it, which was quite ridiculous.

We are not demanding travelers, but this hotel really "surprised" us. The only advantages are the location, large rooms, a large refrigerator, the swimming pool, and breakfast. The reception staff are okay and helpful. Cons: The hotel feels outdated and would benefit from renovation. The air conditioning was very old and noisy. Our room was dirty: dust on the furniture and dirty glasses. The rooms are cleaned daily, but very poorly; however, towels were changed every day. Breakfast options are limited. The staff in the dining area are not friendly. The pool is large and cleaned in the morning, but the floor around it is not washed. When you leave the pool, your feet get dirty immediately. The water is very cold, so it’s not comfortable to swim.

NOT recommend!!! We saw COCKROACHES!!! in the room twice. The hotel is poorly maintained. The swimming pool is also not clean. The service is very poor, both at the reception and in the dining area. There are a few nice staff members, but most are unfriendly. You need to ask several times for towels or toilet paper, and even then the attitude is unpleasant. The rooms and building are old, the furniture is outdated. The air conditioner is noisy and cannot be adjusted. But it's not a big deal for the price. There is NO gym there, that's lie. There are two treadmills and another abdominal machine and that's it. Pros: -Basic but acceptable breakfast for the price. -Rooms are a reasonable size. -Large refrigerator I came here because of the low price, but it was a mistake

Excellent staff, the breakfast is very basic and alot of Thai choices instead of western choices. The hotel staff were great very helpful, it's a great location with the food market and plenty of shops right next door. However the hotel is outdated and needs a update desperately.

The decor is very outdated, with signs of mold on the walls. The windows and doors couldn't be opened, and the air relied entirely on air fresheners. The duvet provided had cigarette burn holes and rips! All in all, it's not worth the price, and the hygiene certainly isn't guaranteed!

Worst hotel I have ever visited. No clean rooms. Old property not well maintained and very poor service.onoy good thing is staff is polite. It is rated as four star property but it lacks giving amenities. No tea bags coffee pouches on complementary.
