Good; -High-rise hotel with good value for money -Clean with good service -Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and room -Balcony available for fresh air or drying clothes -Beachfront location with two swimming pools to accommodate guests -Rooftop on the 38th floor with great views (it was very crowded due to Valentine’s Day) Bad; -The hotel is quite old, but still acceptable if you don’t mind -We checked in around 4:30 PM and had to wait quite a while. It seemed like there were no rooms available for check-in at that time, and there was no clear explanation given. We were initially given room 2404 and informed that we had been upgraded to a Premier room. However, when we arrived, the room was not decorated for Valentine’s Day as we had requested. We understood that the hotel was likely very busy and that special requests are not guaranteed. Later, a staff member knocked on our door and asked us to move to room 2403, asking whether anyone had called to inform us (we had not received any call). Eventually, we were moved to the correct room, which was nicely decorated with a “Happy Valentine’s” setup. We really appreciated it, but guests should not be assigned to the wrong room in the first place. -The balcony could not be used for long because cigarette smoke kept drifting in with the wind. -There was a lot of noise from teenagers racing motorcycles outside.

The hotel environment is very good, the service is also very good, everybody can speak English. Breakfast is also very healthy, thank you

The level I lived is very old. Cheap wooden doors and paint cracking wall in the hallway indicated the age of this hotel. The breakfast is only okay but not very impressive. The most laughable thing is the coffee machine is using instant coffee.  II look at that machine for a long time. No addition of beans, but I am not sure until I get a cup of expresso hahahaha. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, with a stunning view of the ocean. The comfortable bed and plush linens made for a restful night. I particularly enjoyed the amenities, including the well-equipped fitness center and the relaxing spa services. The on-site restaurant offered an extensive menu, and the meals were nothing short of delicious. I highly recommend trying the local seafood dish—it was a highlight of my stay. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the nearby attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat. Overall, my experience was outstanding. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
