The place is ok but one day, when i was about to brush my teeth, i noticed the water was yellow and smelled like clay. Also i bought a hamburger in their restaurant and when I was about to eat it in my room it had a little slug on the box. They gave me back my money without any problem but was still very disappointing.

We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are well kept but could be remodeled. Good choice for the price

Good for budget travel in low season between 500-600 a day it is very good price for what you get some room have YouTube in tv and Netflix also hot shower but water pressure is low Toilet flush is no good Some room have spider in corners and ants and bed bugs Need bring your own spray But staff one lady pumpui lady she very helpful and smile

Overall, the hotel isn't bad for the price (we stayed in the off-season), it cost around 1100₽/night. What I'd like to highlight: delicious breakfasts, a bit repetitive but didn't get boring over 4 days. Unlimited orange juice, vegetable omelets, and buttered toast. Regarding cleanliness: they often forgot to clean and empty the trash. Ants. So many ants, they were everywhere! The room had a small balcony, which was very convenient for sitting out in the evening with a bottle of Chang. The location isn't great. It's quite a distance to the tuk-tuks. There's a 7/11 and Tops nearby. Big Buddha is on the hill. The pool was always full of leaves, so I didn't dare to swim in it. There are chickens and parrots living on the property, which is cute. All in all, it's alright for the money, but in high season, they raise prices up to 2500₽/night, which is not okay.

Good hotel, its about 1400 metres from walking street, walkable distance for young guest, hotel gives a vintage look, but staff is friendly and respectful, especially the guy working in the night at reception was really friendly and courteous. Overall a good experience, we had two rooms in the hotel, both were old but very decent

This hotel is a good value of money. The young lady at the front desk is very kind and smiling. I want this hotel to fix the old problems but I doubt it. Fix the toilet bowl plaster cement and the bad odor wouldn't come out of the crack. Hey! Hotel manager ! You can't blame the odor on the cleaning maid!!! Just fix it and don't lie to customers that you fixed it !!!! What a shame!
