Experienced a very well and comfortable visit to Andriatic Palace. Staff very appreciative and caring

The best part of my stay was the friendly staff. My room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the beautiful sea view was a real highlight. The pool was also a pleasant spot to relax, and the overall atmosphere was very quiet. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was less satisfying. The hotel feels old and in need of some updates. There were not enough power outlets for modern needs, the hair dryer was too weak to be useful, and the pool towels were worn and torn. Sometimes the elevator didn’t work, and there was no hose in the bathroom. Breakfast was another disappointment. Although it was meant to start at 7, it often felt disorganized. The food was not exactly bad, and you could find something to eat if you were hungry, but it left me feeling unsatisfied. The quietness, combined with the lack of guests, at times gave the place a slightly ******* feeling. Overall, while my stay was okay, I would not choose to return.

Hotel is very bad .like going to destroyed building.bathroom ceiling is going to brake down.handbasin is water leaking ,bathtub also leaking.Im so regret to book this hotel.Im make big mistake to book this hotel.so Disappointed

Everythyis dirty in the room. Bathtub was stained. Towel racks are broken. Glues and paint stain everywhere. Workers sleeping in the parking lot. Aweful owner.

It’s a very old former luxury hotel. It has a good pool and is just next to the beach. But the rooms are very old and the whole hotel is run down. The stuff is very nice and tries their best to hold everything together but they are just overwhelmed. The is also construction going on next to the pool and the restrooms and shower for the pool are closed. The Tom’s have an unbeatable sea view and are quite big. But I won’t recommend it. I’d they would renovate it could be great!

The hotel would have been fabulous twenty years ago but it's glory has faded somewhat. We had a large room with a balcony and stunning views from the 24th floor. The lifts (four in number) were very efficient. There's also a lovely big swimming pool, and the beach is on the doorstep. This hotel is not for anyone who suffers from vertigo (37 floors!!) and the breakfast choice for the non meat eater is pineapple or watermelon, but for the price I paid, it was fine.

Ok— not a great place to stay Most of the staff are friendly - but management yelling at staff very loud in front of customers  not good at all. Room smelled very bad of smoke- Rooms are terrible , very bad in all ways Rooms very noisy and all sound flows through the walls into the rooms from lift lobby, above and side rooms The place is really run down in particular the rooms Rooms weren t services until 5pm in the afternoon which just sucks Breakfast super cold so just left and brought breakfast elsewhere Not worth even half the room rate charged  Good things Good sized pool Mostly friendly staff Good sea views  Just telling it like it is, similar for room neighbour  Don t waste your  money, pay a little more and get much better
