The room I booked through the platform was different when I arrived. They wanted me to settle for a different room for one night and then upgrade to my original room the next day. What's the point of an 'upgrade' if I have to pack up and move rooms on the second day since I booked for two nights? A really bad experience.

An older, but well-maintained star-rated hotel with comprehensive facilities and services, and a great location.

Great breakfasts and a clean room, though there was a slightly unpleasant odor. The location was excellent, and the sea view was beautiful!

It was okay, nothing really to complain about. You get what you pay for. On the last night, the AC froze up and kept the room really cold. They offered to switch our room, but I figured it wasn't worth the hassle since we were leaving anyway.

Ocean views are available from some rooms as the sea is nearby. It's a good choice for young travelers looking for value for money, with plenty of food and entertainment options close by. However, it might not be ideal for families.

I stayed at this hotel from July 6th to July 23rd, 2026. I really loved the hotel; the staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and communicative. The receptionist even understood and spoke a little Russian. The hotel itself has a modern style, with 8 floors and a swimming pool. The room was clean, with no mold, which is often an issue in hotels in Thailand, and no insects – I didn't see a single ant or cockroach. The room had everything necessary, including a modern TV with many channels. There was complimentary water, coffee, and tea, as well as slippers, bathrobes, and a safe. The balcony indeed offered a beautiful sea view, overlooking central Pattaya, the pier, and Koh Larn. There's a rooftop cafe with live music (a DJ plays) and a stunning view of the city and the sea. The hotel's location is very convenient, right on the central promenade, with everything within walking distance. There are cafes serving Thai and European cuisine right next to the hotel, a Tops supermarket just a minute away, and the beach within 2 minutes. Nearby, there are plenty of massage parlors, a currency exchange, a barbershop, and two night markets (one with a Ferris wheel). Soi 6 is about a 10-minute walk, as is Central Pattaya shopping mall. Walking Street is easily accessible by tuk-tuk. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel and its location, and I highly recommend it.

My friend and I arrived at the hotel on a Saturday without a prior booking. We asked the receptionist about the rate for one night. She quoted a price and suggested to check online for potential deals. I used Trip.com and booked a room at a discounted rate, and my friend did the same. Suddenly, the receptionist made a phone call and then told us there were "issues" with our bookings. Apparently, the price was too low. The manager communicated through her via phone, insisting we pay an additional fee for the rooms. We refused, as we had already confirmed bookings at that price and couldn’t cancel without losing our money. We spent nearly two hours arguing about this. Eventually, they allowed us to check in but required a 1.000 THB deposit each. The next morning, the manager showed up, repeating that the system had glitched and we needed to pay extra. We didn't agree with that, packed our bags, and prepared to check out. In the end, they returned our deposits and didn’t charge us extra but only after wasting even more of our time. This was my first experience with such unprofessional behavior. It’s a shame we wasted precious vacation hours on unnecessary drama.

Breakfasts are good. There's one pool shared between two hotels, it's not very big but fine for the off-season. The sea is close by, but it's more for the local crowd. The room view is of the building next door, definitely not for a romantic getaway. Overall, it's okay, but a bit pricey, and there are better hotels nearby!

The room was a bit small, and the balcony could only fit one person standing.

the location and view to the beach was amazing. but the hotel rooms need more thorough cleaning and a small renovation. the staff was friendly. the rooftop bar has amazing view, but a bit overpriced.
