The location is great ! It's just a stone throw to the walking street and the pier to the outer island ! Best of all the hotel is located on the way out to the Jontiem Beach without pass through the traffic jam! Hotel provides a decent breakfast just wish they have a better quality coffee ! Rooftop swimming is a plus it offers some quiet and privacy which is a needed in a busy noisy town like Pattaya ! I enjoyed my stay would come back again !

I had a wonderful stay at Sun Xclusive Hotel. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. A special thank you to Namtam for being so kind and helpful throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again!

This is a truly wonderful place. The only potential inconvenience might be noisy neighbors, but you can always reach out to the staff if something is seriously bothering you, and they'll sort it out. The rooms are clean, the bedding is comfortable, the beds are cozy, and I really enjoyed the pool; the view is absolutely stunning. The rooms also have large Smart TVs. Shampoo and shower gel are provided. The breakfasts are delicious, and the chefs are incredibly welcoming and friendly, spreading positivity right from the morning. Thank you for such great service. I will definitely be back and will recommend you to my friends.

We first stayed at this hotel in 2013. And now, 12 years later, we decided to refresh our memories. Of course, the hotel looks a bit tired and is in need of a renovation. However, the price was very attractive. The staff at the front desk are quite friendly, and the breakfasts are quite filling and varied. Overall, I recommend it for a couple of days.

Definitely with the price, very clean and safe, the receptionist control the visit by registering them, the location is very central and very convenient for food shops and party for those who likes, the pool on the rooftop is very nice and with a very nice view
