First off, there's no pool, and they didn't even bother to tell us in advance. So, on scorching hot afternoons, we were stuck in our room with nowhere to go. Then, I had a two-night reservation and a lot of clothes that needed hanging. When I asked the front desk for hangers, they flat-out told me they didn't have any. Seriously? With so many empty rooms, they could easily find some, but they just wouldn't bother. On top of that, the room windows aren't soundproof. The noise from outside kept me up until 3 AM – it felt like it was right next to my ear. Finally, when it was time to check out, I wanted to leave my luggage at the front desk, but they just outright refused. I don't know what front desk service, valuable item storage, and concierge service are supposed to include, but what kind of hotel can't even store luggage? It was that person in the photo, always refusing with her arms crossed ❌, like Ultraman shooting a laser. So rude.

The room is clean, the staff is helpful, the place is quiet, there are convenience stores and restaurants around the area, not far from the beach. The receptionist is friendly. I will definitely come back to stay again.

The hotel is very conveniently located about a five-minute walk from Pattaya Bus Station. There are two 7-11 nearby. The bath towels and washcloths folded into the shape of an elephant are even more amazing!

Comfortable bed, city view, near Terminal 21, near 7-11, in front there is an automatic laundry shop, but the parking lot is a bit small. If you want to bring your car, call the staff first and they will find a parking space for you.

The location is a little inconvenient because it is far from the downtown area. The facilities are aging, but I think it is not bad value for money.

Above all, the hotel manager was very kind and helpful, explaining everything I needed to know. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a great view. It took about 15-20 minutes by motorbike taxi from the bustling city center, so it felt a little out of the way.

I booked two rooms for two nights, but it turned out to be nothing like the pictures on the website. The rooms shown on the website didn't match the actual rooms I stayed in. It felt like a ******* place; I was quite startled and wondered what it was. It was really creepy. I couldn't understand what the staff were saying. I had to force myself to sleep there one night because I checked in around 10 pm. The next morning, I packed my bags and checked out.

Everything was fine. If you don't need the sea - everything is great, the bus station is nearby, inexpensive tasty food is nearby. We checked in for 2 days, did not ask for cleaning. Water was provided upon check-in

I didn't manage to live, so I'll give you some marks as a bonus ,,;-)))

Nice hotel, location and quiet. But we were unlucky. We were attacked by ants.

The hotel is ok, clean. But the cabinet has a lot of dust stains on the shelves. The bathroom is considered clean. But the sound of the air conditioner is loud because of the old air conditioner. Anyone who has difficulty falling asleep should be annoyed. But the air conditioner is still cool. The surrounding atmosphere is quiet and not chaotic.

Although the hotel's facilities look older, they are still very clean and comfortable.

Clean, convenient to travel

The room looks relatively clean, but the bathroom facilities are a bit outdated and some are damaged. I don't know why. I woke up with two big bites on my leg, and the yellow water kept flowing. It hurts and itches. I don't know if I was bitten by a bed bug, This hotel is divided into two districts. The cheap district B does not have a swimming pool, but only in district C. The front desk of district B looks like a family hotel and does not speak English.
