Caesar Palace Hotel

Overall, it was okay. The facilities are a bit dated, but it didn't really affect my stay. The window offers a view outside, but the soundproofing isn't great, so you occasionally hear loud motorbikes.

I've been staying at the Caesar Palace Hotel every time I visit Pattaya, and it's been many times now. The service is excellent, and the AC works wonderfully. The only minor drawback is that the rooms use traditional keys, and they only provide one. Other than that, everything, both the facilities and the overall service, is great. This time, however, I noticed the bellboys weren't as proactive. Still, the hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Pattaya. Thumbs up! 👍

The location is unbeatable. Central Festival is right outside, and if you cross Soi 8, you're at the beach. Go through the alley behind the hotel, and you're on Soi Buakhao, perfect for hitting Treetown or LK Metro at night. It's great value for money, there's a pool, and breakfast is decent. The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old; a shower instead of a bathtub would be much better.

The room was very old, and there were stains on the sheets. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The location, however, was quite convenient, right across from a large shopping mall.

The room clearly shows its age, but it's still clean and tidy. I wasn't allowed to check in when I arrived in the morning, which wouldn't happen in a hotel back home. The facilities are just so-so, and I had to bring my own slippers and toothbrush. The location, however, is really great. It's lively right outside, and there's a big shopping mall nearby.

The hotel has a good location on Beach Road 2, with baht buses to Terminal 21 passing right outside. You can reach the beach by walking through the alley opposite the hotel entrance. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the air conditioning is noisy. Luckily, despite the language barrier, Trip.com customer service was reliable and followed up all day, helping me resolve the issue smoothly. So, this positive review is for Trip.com customer service; I'm very grateful to them.
