The hotel environment is excellent, clean and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. The front desk lady, in particular, was very patient and helped us solve our problems. Even though we didn't speak Thai, she used a translator to assist us with various issues. Definitely a great review, and we'll certainly stay here again next time.

Big balcony room. About 15 mins car distance from Pattaya beach area. Good if you want to chill and relax. Breakfast was ok, not much options. One point would like to highlight is I forgot my stuff. And contacted hotel to deliver it to me as I am still in Pattaya. However, hotel charged me THB 200 which a bit too costly. A bit shock that they did not offer to deliver it to me free since I am still in Pattaya area.

SUPREB support and services with hospitality since stepped out of the car.  Nice view and very cleanness room with also nice taste of food outlet almost the same as star restuarant ( complimentary 15% off).  Very nice location if you don’t want involving Pattaya terrible traffic , you can spend times  around hotel where is plenty of nice beach restuarant by walking or short driving.  Weather is now very hot , Cross aircon was supportive separately. Will surely come back at Cross definitely , thanks all once again for great support.  Nothing commented in negative way.

Superb nice room with value, good services & hospitality staff

The hotel is located at the nice area, peaceful part of Pattaya and on the hill of Pratamnak. It has everything you need in the area for both local and foreign tourists. Hotel staffs are super kind and helpful. Facilities are superb. Do not miss the spa like I did. Make sure the reservation is made in advance.

The mattress was great, and the room was spacious! However, the bathroom was a bit too open for my liking.

Amazing hotel, staff is very friendly, excellent breakfast, would recommend to ask for a high floor (4th or 5th) so you get the unblocked ocean view. I have been here twice and will definitely go back again if I visit Pattaya.

With the price and location it worth the money

I spend some times already in the Cross Prathumnak. The people managing the hotel are so kind, nice and supporting the guests in a wonderful way. All my wishes and demands they did fulfill. The location is really good, a bit from the Malls in Pattaya, but quiet and perfect for me. The hotel is clean, the food excellent and the service is all the time at your service. I will definitely be back Thank you all so much for making my stay a wonderful time.

It was a fantastic experience like services and facilities. However, I am disappointed that no Air-condition was on the lobby as it was open- lobby to connect to the outdoor pool.

Nice hotel staff at reception but at breakfast buffet the staff need to be more friendly i mean they are good but can be better specially staff from kitchen they should pay attention with the guest even they are not service staff.

Sea view room and close to the beach. Nice and delicious breakfast.

The service is just average. The bed sheet was not replaced during 4 night stay. The bath room wash basin and top seemed not completely clean every day. The shower room has not door causing water splash out. There are dirt seen in the shower head. We cannot find a single hook for hanging towel or our clothes, so after undress you can image where you can put your stuff, by providing some hooks, it will surely be greatly appreciated by all travelers. This is called user friendly and cost not much. I wonder does the designer of the bathroom ever travel himself or herself.
